Journey Software was created to provide middle tier solutions to save our clients money by working with their existing business systems and not recreating the wheel.
Our Project Process:
Journey Software doesn’t apply the same project plan template to all of our projects. The process used will depend on the project’s needs. Most application development projects benefit from an iterative, agile approach where requirement gathering, programming and delivery are done in a cyclic process. This allows us to roll out the solution quickly in small segments, adding features with each release. However, there are other methods we can deploy such as the waterfall method which involves a more sequential development process from gathering of requirements to deployment of the final solution. There are many methods we may employ. This is totally dependent on the project needs. Just know that we have experience in all of these methods.
Regardless of the approach, we always include time to get to know you and your business. We want to understand your needs so we can implement the best process and create a project plan that best suits your goals.
We also believe that it is important to continue providing support to our customers once a project has been implemented. Our commitment doesn’t end after we receive the final payment.
